Trees

Norway Spruce

The Norway Spruce is known as the 'original' Christmas tree and for some people the only tree. The Norway is a beautiful tree when tended to properly. Needle retention can be helped by leaving the tree outside for as long as possible and then making sure a water retaining stand is used so it can be watered every day. The Norway spruce make wonderful outside display trees.

Blue Spruce

The Blue Spruce Christmas tree has a wonderful fragrance and uniform growth habit with very strong branches ideal for decorating. Blue Spruces are widely known for their fantastic colouring ranging from blue grey to blue green. It is native to western North America, from southeast Idaho and southwest Wyoming. A great choice!

Lodgepole Pine

With long needles, this tree is somewhat bushy with all of its branches growing upward from the base and is one of the more unusual Christmas trees. If you are looking for something different you will not be disappointed. The Lodge Pole Pine Christmas tree is a native to the Rocky Mountains, mature trees grow to 30 metres. It was introduced to the UK in 1855 and growers like its resistance to pests and its ability to grow well on poor wet soils.
